Sally Pelto-Wheeler

Founder of CTN, Sally’s radical commitment to connection and authenticity underpins our collective mission. She uses her deep listening skills to reflect and invite behavior change, while moving towards a healthy and well-connected work environment. Sally has worked with staff from dozens of city and county parks and recreation departments, the Detroit Zoological Society, housing commissions, and several state associations. Her dedication to relationships, trauma-informed approaches, and the health of the WHOLE encourages curiosity at all stages of change.

Maren is a leadership coach, facilitator, artist, and energy healer with over 15 years of experience in education, leadership development, racial equity, and restorative justice. She weaves together coaching, art, and energy healing to help conscious leaders and teams heal from burnout, deepen self-awareness, and lead with authenticity. With a background in equity and organizational change, Maren empowers change-makers and organizations to foster cultures of belonging and catalyze meaningful, systemic transformation from the inside out.
